Stateline Neighborhood Description

Stateline is right in the heart Casino area and consists of some of the most prime development property in South Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood is a mix of Hotels, Condominiums, affordable housing and more expensive residential houses. It is a dirty ugly area that has tremendous potential, but unfortunately the TRPA is overly conservative and too political to allow this to happen in the short term. This is a great area to invest in affordable housing or cheap hotels with the hope that regulations will change in the future to allow more big development dollars to invest. A bigger gamble than other neighborhoods , but possibly a much bigger pay off.

Sierra Tract Neighborhood Description

Sierra Tract is a popular local area. The homes are generally smaller cabins on smaller parcels. It offers some of the best deals in the whole of South lake Tahoe.  It is centrally located with easy access to everything. The prices mostly range between 200,000 and 450,000

Pioneer trail Neighborhood Description

Pioneer Trail is another large residential neighborhood. It extends from Montgomery Estates to Meyers. It has great sun and the views of Echo summit are priceless. The parcels are large and the homes generally are very custom mountain retreats. It is a quiet area, which is  popular with locals. Homes range mostly between 350,000 and 1,400,000
